“Aska Eleivana” is the term the Etruscans used to call the oil cruet. Olive tree cultivation became popular in all the Mediterranean thanks to them between 600 and 550 b.C., starting from Italy.

“Aska Eleivana” Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made in Tuscany and is a blend of extraordinary cultivars (Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio).

It was conceived especially to emphasise the unique flavour of our dishes, it’s perfect when paired with distinctive flavours – like shellfish, lobsters, Alaskan King Crab, caviar and seafood – and with the delicate flavour of oily fish.
