There’s a “secret” to excellence: the quality of ingredients and a careful selection of raw materials and suppliers. The rest of the work is done by the chefs’ expert hands and their imagination in creating new recipes and combinations with the very fresh ingredients we use.

In our kitchen there is a constant search for new flavours and sensations which are often the result of new trips and thorough research. Like an alchemist, we make an effort to always try new flavours, to then bring back and translate into new dishes perfect for our guests.
Knowing what nature can offer in each season is also part of our research, so we offer an “extra seasonal menu” which takes notice of the earth’s and sea’s rhythms.
