Wine tasting evenings

The Serate del gusto (wine tasting evenings), which have already received excellent reviews from “Spirito di Vino” magazine, are proven to be prestigious moments to get to know some of the best Italian and international wine companies on the winemaking scene. It’s a tasteful project which highlights the link between food and wine, with the active collaboration between the restaurant and the wine companies hosted by Alex in Versilia. These social events are created to enhance the unique characteristics of the wines we offer, which change every month, for the most part of the year. So far we have hosted these wine making companies: Casanova di Neri, Allegrini, Planeta, Ceretto,Terlano, Tiefenbrunner, Poggio Argentiera, Col d’Orcia, Masciarelli, Colterenzio, Pojer&Sandri, Venica & Venica, Maculan, Piaggia, Magliano, Mazzei, Le Vigne di Zamo’, Avignonesi, Antinori, Cusumano, Poliziano, Alois Lageder, Livio Felluga, il Mosnel Franciacorta, Tramin, Michele Satta.

One Serata del Gusto focused on Slow Food in 2009 (and was repeated in March 2011), during which the organic and biodynamic wines of Cantina Podere La Ceretta were presented.
