The pleasure of great food can be heightened by pairing it with the right wine. This is why I decided to take great care in preparing a generous and excellent wine selection which includes 450 Italian wines and 280 foreign wines.

To offer the best quality for each type of wine, I have carefully chosen Italian, Spanish and French wines as well as Champagne from small companies – with a high quality limited production, favouring organic and biodynamic agriculture -, alongside prestigious wine companies such as Selosse, Bollinger, Krug, Philipponnat, Roederer, Dom Perignon, Egly Ouriet, Ruinart, Billecart Salmon, Jerome Prevost, De Sousa and Salon.

In keeping with the restaurant’s philosophy of taste, we also have – as well as the very famous Supertuscans, Gaja and the most renowned Italian wines – rare and excellent French wines.

For Bordeauxs we have selected Chateau Petrus, Chateau Lafite Rothschild, Chateau Latour, Chateau Margaux, Chateau Mouton Rothschild, Chateau Haut Brion.

From Burgundy I’d like to mention: Domaine Romanee Conti, Georges Roumier, Francois Coche Dury, Domaine Blain Gagnard, Domaine Anne Gros.

The wine selection is visible from the restaurant and, of course, the temperature and humidity are monitored, to keep the wine’s sensory qualities unchanged and assure a constant quality of wine tasting experience.
